In response to a few requests from a number of people interested in learning what Rav Kook's soul revealed to him, we have begun a Rav Kook Chabura/Learning Circle.

We are reading/discussing from his original notebooks in Hebrew on topics of interest to the participants.

These 8 Kvatzim/Notebooks were written between 1904-1919 and contain extraordinarily evolved teachings on every possible subject; truly a Torah of Light.

Complete translation are offered and the discussion is in English and Hebrew.

The learning should improve the participant's grasp of Hebrew. Rav Kook is considered by many to be the primary creator of new Hebrew. Ben Yehuda consulted with him may times.

At 7:30- 7:55, for those interested we begin with an introduction to Ophanim practice session.

Ophanim is a 'Kabbalistic Yoga' based on Sefer Yetzira that I had the privilege of being taught and trained to teach. It's based on the Otiot/Letters and is a very powerful yet simple posture, movement, meditation and visualization practice. Good for the body, mind and soul.

There is no charge; donations are accepted.
